What to Expect

On your first visit to our church you will see the love of God expressed in many different ways. As you approach the church and look at the cross on the front of the building, you might see the two small burning bush plants beneath it that our growing Sunday’s Cool classes planted. Symbolizing our “Kids Make a Difference” theme, as the plants grow so do our children’s faith in God, with a burning desire to know more, realizing we are on Holy Ground.

As you enter the Gathering Area your attention will be drawn to the worship center that has been created to let all who enter feel the peace of God.  We want all who come to our church to realize and internalize the words of Jesus shared in the Gospel according to John 7:37-39a; “Jesus stood and shouted to the crowds, ‘If you are thirsty, come to me! If you believe in me, come and drink! For the Scriptures declare that rivers of living water will flow out from within.” (When he said, “living water,” he was speaking of the Spirit, who would be given to everyone believing in Him).

Once in the Gathering Area you may notice many doors opening up to many rooms where they all have one purpose, to share the love of God through a variety of means. We have a lounge area, kitchen, chapel, and sanctuary.

Our “Transformation Alley” hallway leads you to our Fellowship Hall, Men’s Den, library, classrooms for our Sunday School children and youth, crib room including toddler’s class room, choir room and our weekday nursery school. The people you meet come from many walks of life and are all at different stages in their faith and life journeys. We have newborns, a couple that are over 100 years old, and many in between. We are on a continuous faith journey that will not end until we individually go to live with our Creator and Redeemer. Until then, we invite you to join us and be a part of our community of love.
